Salmon was VERY MUCH well done and the shoe string potatoes on the salad were stale. My steak medallions were under cooked, her salmon salad was just horrible. We had dinner at Brio and from all the things we've heard about it, we were BEYOND disappointed. When we arrived at our room, we noticed dirt marks all over one of the sheets. There is NO signs pointing towards Valet for Cherokee Tower. HUGE mistake right from the moment we pulled in. We decided to go to Cherokee Casino for my 60th birthday celebration. If I wanna waste my money I’ll do it on something more productive. We have decided after this trip we won’t come back here. Just please be aware where you decide to go and spend your money. Most of the games are money grabbers and you either see individuals chasing their wins or walking away after a quick 50.00 bc the games don’t pay. He was there when we showed up at 1:00 pm and still there at 2:30 am when we went back to the casino in hopes to be able to play some of the games we couldn’t earlier in the day. Mind you this particular game, there’s only 3 of those games in the whole casino. I witnessed the same individual play a row of games all day and night.

I did hear someone else ask the staff if they could help because you had people standing around wanting to play and couldn’t. Definitely don’t ask if they could play just one so someone else could play. You have patrons at the slots playing 2 and 3 games at a time so you can’t play most of the games because they have them held hostage. There’s no free drinks and they cost more than they should. You could stay directly across the street and have a shorter walk. The rooms aren’t near the casino floor so the hike back and forth almost don’t make it worth it. But, I think we keep expecting a different and better outcome that has actually been worse with each visit. Wish there were other options for casinos near us. This was our 3rd trip here and we’ve had a similar experience each time but this time was way worse. I walked around and watched to see if I was just having bad luck or if it was consistent, and it was more consistent than it should have been. Valet was awful and not worth the time it took to get your car back.
